ABOUT US

Our recently restored church sits on Porthycarne Street. Please visit the cemetery behind which is a place of calmness and contemplation. You may rest on the benches and enjoy our bee friendly planting scheme. Or offer a prayer to the beautiful statue of Our Lady.

The church is open from 9am to 4.30 pm in the winter months for prayer and for visitors.

Please take the time to visit our shrine upstairs to St David Lewis which holds a relic (a piece of cloth dipped into his blood at his execution as the last Welsh martyr in 1679, which happened around 300 yards form our church). There are also paintings of St David Lewis and St Francis Xavier.

Leaflets explaining the shrine and church are available.
